Richard Kern for Altamont

If you don’t know who Richard Kern is, he’s an older photographer who’s been shooting nudes of young girls for quite a while now in addition to making films including a video for Sonic Youth in the 80’s. I can’t say I’m the hugest fan of his work, but the photos that Altamont chose for their T shirt collaboration with him are pretty damn rad. I don’t think it’s just because I’m a photo nerd, I think that hearing a story or two about what went into making a picture makes it way better. Watch the short video that Patrick O’dell made below.
